Custom Order Process
1. Let’s Discuss Your Vision
Custom orders begin with a phone or video consultation to discuss your design, details, colors, sizing, and overall vision.
A non-refundable design fee is required before the design process begins. Once you are ready to move forward, an invoice link will be sent for payment.
2. Digital Design & Approval
After the design fee is paid, we will begin creating your digital design proof. Each custom order includes up to three design modifications.
Any additional changes after the three included revisions may require an additional fee.
Production will not begin until the final design is approved.
3. Production Begins
Once your design is approved, your order will move into production. Because each item is custom made, please allow the full turnaround time needed for cutting, engraving, painting, assembly, and drying.
Turnaround time varies based on the item and design details.
4. Final Payment
A deposit may be required to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup, delivery, or shipping.
5. Pickup, Delivery, or Shipping
Once your order is complete, we will contact you to schedule pickup, local delivery, or shipping.
Please note: all custom orders are final sale due to the personalized nature of each piece.
